Sabbatical is a time of change, and change means growth. It will mean growth for Pastor Curt, who will be away. It will mean growth for Pastor Tom, who will be leading the church,, and it will mean growth for the congregation, who will have to take on new responsibilities.
Sabbatical is about separation--separation of church from pastor and pastor from church.
